If you or anyone in your family have symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath, you should be tested AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

TELEHEALTH visits may be available. TELEHEALTH allows the doctor to care for registered patients by phone when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. Please call 516-296-3742 or directly to your health center. Requests can also be made via our online form.

If you have any cold symptoms including fever, cough, and sneezing, please call your local health center before coming in. A nurse will tell you what you should do next.
