We know you are concerned about the COVID-19. As your healthcare partner, we want you to know that your safety is our top priority. Due to concerns about the COVID-19, we would like to inform you on what you can do to protect yourself and others. The Health Centers are open to also provide routine health services (some services may be limited).
Please DO NOT walk into Your health center before calling.
TELEHEALTH visits may be available. TELEHEALTH allows the doctor to care for registered patients by phone when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. Please call 516-296-3742 or directly to your health center. Requests can also be made via our online form.
If you have any cold symptoms including fever, cough, and sneezing, please call your local health center before coming in. A nurse will tell you what you should do next.
If you have difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately.
