As a Federally Qualified Health Center, the mission of the Long Island FQHC, Inc. is to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventative health care; and to improve the health status of the community, especially for the undeserved and vulnerable in a financially responsible manner. We will work with our local communities to bring the needed primary care, prevention, and educational services. This requires a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and paraprofessionals, as well as operational support staff.
